At every level — from high school to the NFL — I help athletes build a future that lasts longer than the scoreboard.
For high school athletes and their families, I offer hands-on mentorship and consulting to leverage social media, MaxPreps, and modern recruiting tools to gain exposure to major NCAA D1, D2, and D3 programs. I teach parents and student-athletes how to market themselves the right way, using proven recruiting methods and AI-powered tools that today’s coaches, recruiters, and media platforms respond to.
For current college athletes, I teach how to scale your Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) to generate sponsorships, income, and real brand value while you’re still playing. I provide athletes with cutting-edge AI tools, branding templates, and pitch strategies to build a digital presence that can attract both local businesses and national brands — starting now.
For college seniors and recently graduated athletes, I offer full-scale career readiness support — including résumé building, LinkedIn optimization, and cover letter creation — along with distribution to top job boards like Indeed.com, Monster.com, and Job.com. Backed by my 10 years of recruiting experience at Amazon, Uber, and Zillow, I also plug athletes directly into a rare and powerful network of hiring managers, tech recruiters, and athlete-focused job programs. Whether through a 90-minute 1-on-1 session, or a Done-For-You service where I handle it all, the end goal is to get you noticed, hired, and positioned for long-term success.
For former NFL and professional athletes, I bring something few others can: a deep, personal network of pro athletes I've placed in top technology and Fortune 500 companies. Through my recruiting strategies and athlete-specific branding approach, I’ve helped athletes break into major corporate careers — many for the first time in their lives — while reclaiming their purpose and stability after football.
This isn’t just business for me — it’s personal. I’m a man of faith, a husband, and a proud father of two boys: Luke (6) and Reed (4). My son Luke, who lives with nonverbal autism, is the driving force behind everything I do. His strength, joy, and light gave birth to The Legendary Luke Foundation, and now 10% of all proceeds from this business go directly toward supporting autism inclusion initiatives.
I believe God gave me this mission — to help athletes not only deal with the mental, emotional, and career challenges of life after sports, but to walk alongside them with the tools, mentorship, and connections they need to build a real future.

Dan Moore
Founder: Dan Moore's Unique Expertise
Dan's personal and professional journey is the foundation of the company's credibility.
Athletic Background: He was an NCAA Division I football player at the University of Montana (2008-2012) and a fullback/running back for the Indianapolis Colts (2013).
Career Transition: An injury-shortened NFL career led him to the NFL’s "Bridge to Success" program, which connected him with Amazon's Recruiter Academy.
Professional Recruiter: He has spent a decade as a recruiter for top-tier tech companies, including Amazon, Uber, and Zillow, where he has personally hired former athletes into corporate roles.
The "Why": As a husband and father to two sons, Luke (6) and Reed (4), Dan views this work as a faith-driven calling. His mission is deeply personal, inspired by his own difficult transition and a desire to help others navigate "Life After Sports."

Dan Moore is a former NFL Fullback with the Indianapolis Colts, a proud University of Montana Grizzly, and an alumnus of Marana Mountain View High School. With years of experience at the highest levels of football, Dan brings a deep understanding of the game, a passion for mentorship, and a commitment to shaping the next generation of athletes—on and off the field.
Dan founded Faith Football Academy with a clear purpose: to develop young athletes not just in skill and strength, but in faith, discipline, and character. His mission is rooted in his belief that sports are a powerful platform to teach life lessons through the lens of God’s Word.
A devoted father, Dan is especially inspired by his son Luke, who is non-verbal and autistic. Luke's strength, resilience, and joyful spirit fuel Dan’s unwavering commitment to encouraging youth and families navigating their own journeys. His faith in God’s plan—even through life’s challenges—is the driving force behind every session, camp, and prayer that takes place through the Academy.
Dan’s heart is to serve, lead, and uplift the next generation, believing that when faith and football come together, lives can be transformed.
